How Do I Find My Merchant ID (MID)?

There are several ways to locate your merchant ID (MID). It's available in the iAccess Portal, on your processing statements, in your Clover Dashboard, and on your Clover device. Follow the steps below to find it all of these locations.

Locating your MID in iAccess

  1. Log in to the iAccess Portal. You can learn how to access this portal for the first time by reading: Gaining Access to the iAccess Portal.
  2. Once in the portal, select Profile on the left-side toolbar. You will see your merchant number displayed first under business information.

Locating your MID on your processing statement

  1. Log in to the iAccess Portal. You can learn how to access this portal for the first time by reading: Gaining Access to the iAccess Portal.
  2. Once in the portal, select Statements on the left-side toolbar.
  3. Choose any statement. You can choose to view or download the statement to your device.
  4. The MID is listed at the top right corner of every page, just below the statement date range.

Locating your MID in the Clover Dashboard

  1. Log in to your Clover Dashboard. If you have not accessed the dashboard before, choose forgot password and enter the email address you used on your application for merchant processing. Then follow the prompts sent to your email to set a password.
  2. Once on the dashboard, Select Settings  > View all settings. 
  3. Under the heading About your business, select Business Information.
  4. Your MID is displayed at the top of the page.

Locating your MID on your Clover device

  1. Log into your Clover device using your owner passcode.
  2. On the home screen, at the top right corner you will see your MID displayed just above the Clover logo on Station and Mini devices. Flex devices will display at the bottom of the home screen.
