What Size Receipt Paper Do I Need?
This article will list the dimensions of the receipt paper needed for your specific devices.
Note: Receipt paper is not provided, and can typically be procured from a local office supply store.
Select the correct paper size
Receipt paper is compatible with a variety of Clover devices:
- Station (Solo or Duo) printer: 3 ⅛ inches wide × 230 feet long (80 mm × 70 m) thermal paper
- Clover Compact, Mini, and Flex internal printers: 2 ¼ inches wide × 85 feet long (57 mm × 25.9 m) thermal paper
- Kiosk: 3 ⅛ inches wide × 230 feet long (80 mm × 70 m) thermal paper
- Star Micronics thermal printer: 3 ⅛ inches wide × 230 feet long (80 mm × 70 m) thermal paper
- Star Micronics SP742 kitchen printer (impact printer): 3 inches wide × 165 feet long (76 mm × 50 m) impact (non‑thermal) paper, with a maximum roll diameter of 85 mm
Tip: If you’re setting up a new device or replacing receipt paper for an existing machine, be sure to use the correct size roll.
